Training Timetable

At The Fight Hub, we have two batches in the evening hours. Each batch is one hour and starts with a warm up (5 minutes), followed by a medium to high intensity workout (25 minutes). Our workouts include plyometrics, HIIT, circuit training etc which works every muscle in the human body. Our workout routines are designed to achieve the best results in cardio, strength, muscle endurance, agility and overall fitness.

After the workouts we start working our kickboxing, boxing, muay thai, mma skills and drills (25 minutes)… These include bag workout, hitting pads, partner drills and light sparring where we hone our skills and techniques in the fighting arts to become better martial art practitioners… We end with a cool down routine (5 minutes).

Often our students do two batches in a day, so we vary the workout and training drills accordingly to avoid repetition so that they can get in a more complete training session.

Mon :- 5:30PM – 6:30PM

Tue :- 5:30PM – 6:30PM

Wed :- 5:30PM – 6:30PM

Thu :- 5:30PM – 6:30PM

Fri :- 5:30PM – 6:30PM

Batch-2

Mon :- 7:00PM – 8:00PM

Tue :- 7:00PM – 8:00PM

Wed :- 7:00PM – 8:00PM

Thu :- 7:00PM – 8:00PM

Fri :- 7:00PM – 8:00PM

At The Fight Hub, we are open from 5:30 pm till 8 pm, on weekdays only (Closed on Saturdays and Sundays)
5:30 PM – 6 PM:- Strength and Conditioning
6:00 PM – 6:30 PM:- MMA Partner drills
6:30- 7:- MMA Techniques and Open Mats.
7:00- 7:30:- Strength and Conditioning
7:30- 8:- MMA Techniques

In our MMA Technique sessions, we work our kickboxing, boxing, muay thai, jiu-jitsu and wrestling skills.
These include bag workout, hitting pads, partner drills and light sparring and grappling, where we hone our skills and techniques in the fighting arts to become better martial art practitioners
All sessions begin and end with a warm up and cool down routine (5 minutes)
